There's a strange irony in that no matter which laws get changed there is always a 'reverse loop-hole' for the plods to arrest you.

As a very simple demonstration of this; one of my son's friends joined the State police here about two years ago, and says that for 'rude drivers' if he can't get them for speeding (after he's pulled them over) he'll get them for something else that they will need to go to court and reclaim their innocence.

So having a similar system law over there in the UK it doesn't surprise me that legalisation of nudity doesn't actually mean you can just go nude whenever and wherever you like!
