BUT most of those are certainly happy to have single women and couples, regardless of their motivation or intention........
Like most of everyone posting so far, am a single male and have been turned down from a couple of resorts. So, now I just got to beaches, resorts in Palm Springs, clothing optional camp grounds. I joined TN in hopes of meeting other nudist, so far I have met 5, 1 female and 4 males. I have been here over 5 years and saying that, I feel my odds of meeting others is LOW. Even with my job, as I travel all the time, it seems no one on this site wants to met in person. They will agree to meet and hang out nude, but when the time arrives, they flake out or don't show up.
As a single female -- I do wish this wasn't the situation for you all.
I offered to go as a couple with this guy so that we could have the reduced rate if we met in person in the textile world first. Sadly, he said no to that option. It just seemed like the safer plan to me. I'd still do this with someone for it would give me someone to talk to out there without having to do all the new mingling. I also thinks this helps some on the figuring out the intent of the male as well. The local place has prices that allow the couple to be cheaper than a male and female going alone during the summer.
One option that I've thought they could do would be a higher fee for first time visits then reduce that once you see the men isn't a gawker. I know that'd be more work, but perhaps it could help both sides of the issue. There are men who are there with right motives and ones without...just tough to find the proper solution.
Yes its tough.. We are not pervs! And our problem is some gus just are.. I have found that being a member of TNS (Then Naturist Society) or AANR (American Association for Nude Recreation) helps a great deal.. It is proof you are a supporting REAL naturist... You can ask what your local clubs think about that too.. Do ask them! Steve
This single men thing freaks me out. I've been sleeping nude for many years. I became widowed just over a year ago. I'm 72 and not predatory. I've not yet been to a nudist location, but I will get there this summer. Being nude just feels wonderful to me. I've had a desire to be a nudist for much of my life. My wife said she was willing to try it, but we never got it done. There are places where single men are not a concern; I will be going to one of them. But I now understand what "profiling" is about.
