Nudists Working To Be Healthier

This is a place for anyone who would wants to be healthier today than they were yesterday. It's my hope that we can inspire each other to do better every day. It's a proven fact that folks who eat less "junk" and exercise live longer than those who don't. I want to live a long time so I can be naked more! ;)

4 weeks of treadmill, bowflex and dumbells. Then, 90 Days of Power 90 workouts. I've lost 32 lbs so far this year. My BF% is down from around 37% to 29.9%. During Power 90 I lost 20 lbs and 14.5 inches overall. I'm quite pleased with my progress so far. I'll post some pictures sometime tomorrow if time allows.
I'm moving to the next level which is called Power 90: Masters Series. This program is a step between Power 90 and the extreme fitness program P90X. My goal is to complete MS in 90 Days, move to P90X and complete it before the end of this year!
It's your turn! Would you like to be healthier? Take baby-steps. Choose to eat a little better today than you did yesterday. Choose to exercise more today than you did yesterday. Slowly work up to 45 - 60 minutes of cardio and strength training (alternating) 6 days each week. I promise at the end of 30 days you will thank yourself!! Every day is a choice! The goal is to make many more healthy choices than non-healthy ones. It's not about perfection... "Do your best and forget the rest"

RE: It is done!

That's great! I need to get back my intensity...lost a lot of weight, but could lose a little more and tone up. I still work out, but more irregularly than before.

RE: It is done!

It's easy to let that happen. I've just completed my 3rd week of Power 90: Masters Series. Had a lot going on and haven't focused on nutrition as much as I should. Haven't done bad, just not focused. Still a long way to go for me.

Still going....

Just quit posting here because so few folks seem to care. Kinda stalled on the weight loss over the last few weeks but dropped a few last week. Vacation isn't far away and I'll refocus after that. I'll actually work out at the beach most days but I'll enjoy plenty of seafood too.
