Rae Dawn Chong famously chose to stay naked on set during the making of "Quest for Fire." In the "making of" documentary (it's somewhere online but I can't find it at the moment) she can be seen walking around completely naked between takes, interacting with cast and crew. She's clearly comfortable with her nudity.
When she is interviewed, she explains that she decided to completely embrace the nudity required by role and just "have fun" being naked. Too bad most actresses today do not share that sentiment.
