My current
roommate of the past three plus years is moving in with his girlfriend and I just
want to walk around the house naked and not be judged. So if you are cool with
that lets talk.

This room
would be ideal for someone who wants to be less than a block from the #1 train
at 125th street, have access to three supermarkets, places to dine and
Riverside Park a block away.

The ceiling
and a wall were recently replaced in this room and a fresh coat of paint was
added.

It has a
southern facing window with lots of light, is on the top floor of an elevator
building and comes with an air conditioner.

I provide a
twin size bed with drawers, desk, chair, and a closet.

You can have
use of the TV in the dining room or bring your own TV for your room.

Utilities are
included. Access to my wireless network, use of the kitchen plus a washing
machine is a given. As a renter please feel free to lounge in the living room
or dining room.

No pets.
No perpetual stay over boyfriend/GIRLFRIEND.
No smoking.
No drug use.
No students.

My apartment
is located near Columbia University, Teachers College, the Union Seminary, the
Jewish Theological Seminary and the Manhattan School of Music so housing in
this area is hard to come by. The reason I dont want students is that a long
term renter is better for all of us.

We share
cleaning duties of the hall, kitchen and bathroom.

If you are

The monthly
rent is $1,200.00 and I will require a check for first and lasts months rent.

I will
require a letter of recommendation from your boss on letter head and signed, as
well as a copy of either your drivers license or passport.

roommate until the end of July so the target move in for you is August 1).
