Comments on your body?
Return to DiscussionsI can think of only a couple of times that's happened. Once, walking the beach I re-encountered a guy with whom I'd chatted before, who probably rather wished I'd been on the beach for sexual purposes and had realized that was not the case, who who backhandedly commented on my "small but nice" cock. And once, lying on my towel half-asleep with a hat covering my face to avoid getting burnt, I stirred to turn over and a guy on the next towel made some remark noting that I'd been responding visibly to the sun. Neither comment upset me. Taking the two together, it's pretty clear that the comments were not about my body really, but just an expression of the state of mind of the commenter.
There's really nothing particularly comment-worthy about my body. I don't tend to wear clothes well, always look a little schlubby, and I have gotten a few you're-looking-good compliments from folks I know in a textile context when they first see me shirtless, or in a tight t-shirt. But that's just because of the contrast with their expectations, not because I'm in noticeably great shape. I've never gotten a similar compliment from someone I met naked.
on a few occasions people have commented on how big and over grown my pubic hair is which i find very odd and quite personal. its true that i have a big bush and i am proud of it. some nudists trim or shave and thats their choice and i choose to leave it natural but they seem to think its ok to comment. i would never say to someone your shaved bush looks stupid but people have said i think your bush needs a trim! its very rude. bring back the bush i say!!
I always accept compliments graciously, whether in a nudist environment or here on TN. I think most nudists have a streak of vanity, if not exhibitionism, and flattery should be accepted for what it is. I like comments to be subtle rather than crude.
