1. Take a leak whenever you have an opportunity

2. Never trust a fart

3. In the unlikely event that you achieve an erection do SOMETHING with it regardless of whatever else you may be doing at the moment

Oldfrog, that is good advice for guys over fifty, but I guess fifty year old are young men to us.

enjoy the opportunity to visit nudist camps/resorts and beaches if single they have come a long way and realized that singles especially single guys have $$ too. when I was young 18-20 something I wanted to visit a nudist resort but was told I had to bring a date or wife - Why ?

Because there are usually more men nudists than women, and most women are uncomfortable in a setting of predominantly men.

Find things to do that you are passionate about, that challenge you mentally and/or physically.

Pursue an occupation not a job. Something you always look forward to doing and that challenges you.

Be honest, trustworthy, generous and forgiving.

Genuinely listen to others. Discuss and share your thoughts and opinions. Accept that you may not agree. Thats ok. They might be right! Be open to changing your mind. Agree to disagree if necessary. Value friendship over being right.

Give of your time and money to causes you care about.

Never stop learning. You can learn something from everyone and every experience. Accept failure and use it to improve yourself. Push yourself. If you are not occasionally failing and overcoming it, you wont improve or learn.

Accept responsibility for your mistakes and actions, and sincerely apologize when you have hurt or wronged someone else.

Be kind to and accept yourself, but never quit trying to improve. You are not perfect and never will be. Neither is anybody else. Learn from your mistakes, but better yet, learn from the mistakes you see others make so you never make that mistake yourself.

Set goals for every aspect of your life and make plans for how to achieve those goals. A goal without a plan is a wish. Review and assess your progress as you work toward each goal and change or revise it if necessary.

Accept who you are and your past, but always work to improve yourself. Dont neglect your body. Eat wisely and stay active. Find some activities which challenge you to keep or get in shape whatever that means to you and your life goals.

Be kind to others and sympathize/empathize with them as they struggle, help them whenever or however you can.

Dont dismiss the advice of others older than you. Its true that times are different now than when they were your age but they have learned how to adapt and perhaps thrived as times changed. They probably have some wisdom which will be valuable to you.

Dont dismiss the advice of those younger than you. They are acutely aware of whats happening now and can help you adjust to the changes.

Dont sweat the little things.

Seek feedback at every opportunity, especially criticism, and accept it gratefully.

Proofread what you have written to be sure it says what you intend; try to anticipate how the receiver may interpret it BEFORE you hit send.

Stay nude as much as you can and make friends you are comfortable to hang out nude with. Shared nudity is both liberating and unpretentious, after all, you cant hide anything when you are nude.

Those are a few of the things I have learned in my life. Some of those lessons were painful.
