I have learned that older men CAN be set in their ways. Depending on the age gap as well, whether 65 /25 or 45 / 25, makes a big difference too.
I was 39 yo. when I started to date a guy 23 yrs. my senior. He was very cordial at first but over time used his age as an excuse to dismiss his bad behavior some times. He could be very condescending, as if he knew ALL of life's answers because he was the older partner in the relationship.
I would not date anyone older than 10 yrs.
i am bi and, a few years ago after I first came out , i dated a younger, gay guy (i came out at 41). We were at about the same experience level with man on man sex and we learned a lot together. It only lasted a few months but it was great, i still miss him years later.
I hope to find a way to get together with a great young man who has a lot of love and affection to give. He should be able to be a part of my life and has a great affinity to help me out with my own life and be together for the rest of our lives. We will be more than happy to provide a better life for ourselves. I know that he will be more than willing to give me a little more time to talk to him about what is going on in his head. If I find him somewhere in this world I will be more than willing to help him with his life and to make him proud of his own life as he is growing and loving and caring for me. I am very loving and affectionate and am so proud of myself that I am bi and very open to both of you.
I love the idea of having a great guy that will love me more than ever once I know how to make things work out for us together as we are both successful.
I am 26 and my husband is 62. The reason why our relationship works is regardless of our age. We both have a lot in common and a lot of differences too. We support each other and have dialogue with each other when things come up we disagree on. That needs to happen in any relationship regardless of age. It can make it harder though with a generational gap like we have but it doesn't have to stop you if you don't want to.

ive been with men in their 50's and 60's all my life with many older. I have been taught and guided by so many generous guys. now i like to try to give back and be a support to my mature buds. it feels so good to be a support and a help.
