I'm Asif, a Seaman and an apprentice Yogi and a Farmer. I enjoy nature, the wind, the grass and trees waiving in the wind, it's all natural and sometimes I enjoy going to a nice quiet place and remove my clothes and enjoy beginning naked and natural with nature. Also love doing Yoga naked in home, and in nature. Nothing much more relaxing than doing that. That's why I became an outdoor nudist.
Also Sea and Ship used to attract me a lot. Whenever I used to sit in the beach in the Sunset time, I used to watch the ships far away from me in anchorage, with blinking lights. That's why when I was only 16 years old, I joined the Merchant Marine Profession, for working on-board the ship, in 2007.
But after joining on board the ship, day by day I started feeling pain in my back, in my spine, in my butt, in my neck, in my shoulder, in my ligaments. Because on board the ship, we seaman use to do a lots of heavy jobs, like lifting jobs. Lifting gas cylinders, lifting fuel and lub oil Drums from deck to engine-room. That's why I started feeling pain in my body. Day by day the pain was increasing.
Anyway, I passed my first voyage of 18 months in an utmost miseries and came back to my country. My body pain was decreasing day by day. One day my cousin Oishy came to our house. She's 4 years younger than me. She invited me to a dance competition, in her area. I went. Ohh my God! Her performance was incredible! She was so flexible, I couldn't realize ever. After that, I asked her how she gained such flexibility? By born? She said, ''No, I do gymnastic classes and I do yoga naked''. I said, ''Gymnastics I understand, not possible for me to learn in such age. But what is yoga?'' She replied, ''Yoga is a body art, like meditation, which can improve your flexibility and which also can remove your stupid body pains. Also Yoga is worthy for Sex-life. You can control your sexual desire, and you can stay calm.''
So, I learned about Yoga. It was 2010. I did not started practicing yet. That year I just started practicing outdoor nudism. From the last year, I started Yoga. And as because I'm nudist, I always do it Naked. When Oishy comes to our village, sometimes Oishy and I do Yoga naked. But doing naked Yoga is not about sexuality. Only two times I've had lessons from Oishy while we both were naked that time, but YOGA is not for perverts. None of Oishy and I are pervert, so nothing happened. I did not get erected. Actually I don't get erected by nudity. I went in port Hamburg in Germany, and I went several times in mixed Nude Saunas, where male and female both bath together completely naked. I'm that sort of material, never offended by nudity.
Why do I practice Yoga? For a sexy attractive body? NO! I'm happy who I am. I do Yoga only for gaining flexibility and hitting the dance floor in Dj party, with a flexible body. That's what I do. I just love dancing from childhood. Also Yoga keeps my mind calm and relaxed, keeps me away from sexual depressions and sexual irritations.
Nowadays I can perform 26 yoga poses only. I do mainly Asthanga Yoga, which means Yoga for Butt and legs. I have made my butt and legs enough flexible, now I can do splits and seated/standing forward bends like Oishy! WOW! Day by day I'm learning new poses, yeah it's difficult to achieve the poses for those, who are not flexible. So what. I was not flexible too. But now in 6 months, I'm now enough flexible to perform the poses I've learned. And I manage to learn every new poses in one week. Because I do Yoga everyday in Morning and in Evening, in the field, completely naked!
So my friends, Do yoga, stay naked and stay happy!
