PA to Apadravya Piercing

i have a 00gauge PA (sometimes 000) i decided recently to get the Reverse PA piercing to make it an Apadravya with a 14gauge which i will stretch up in time.
for those that do have an Apadravya, what jewellery do you tend to wear?
a barbell straight through or 2 curved bars/rings for PA and Reverse PA?
Oh wowzers, that's awesome, do you wear separate jewellery, i.e. 1 ring for the PA and one for the Reverse PA. or just one bar for the Apadravya with the smaller gauge through both holes?
I liked one ring or curved barbell through both. Sometimes 0 gauge
