no you dont have to be cut. im uncut and i have a PA very big gauge

I'm uncut and have a PA. Like Stevie_B says, they just put the piercing slightly off centre.

they do the same with cut, piercing goes slightly off center, this is due to the blood supply, my piercer said that they check where the capillaries/blood vessels are and go the side which will cause the least amount of bleeding.
