Yesterday I got a PA done, thought it would be very painful so expected the guy to use an anaesthetic; he didn't! Got quite a shock when he did it, it was no where near as bad as I expected; more uncomfortable than painful. It bled quite a bit in the night, I guess that was down to the extra blood pressure/flow when asleep.
Any advice as to healing extra

Peeing keeps it clean, just don't play with it to much for a while!If it gets to looking a little bit infected give the PA a slat water soak. Congratulation

just take care of it...A PA heals quicker than most any other piercing, usually within a week. Mine wasn't painful either....certainly much less painful than my nipples were!!! Hope you enjoy it!! Bet it looks great!

Everyone is right on, I was told to was it twice a day with antibacterial soap and salt soaks in warm watertwice a day for a week then once a day for a week, never any problems, all the other piercings went very well also.

Just been back to the place I got the PA done, I had to get a slightly bigger ring. When I got hard it pulled a bit and was very uncomfortable. He said that the majority of time you can guess pretty accurately, with a grower it is more difficult than a shower. It feels better already.

Congratulations on it going so well. I've upsized quite a bit, now wearing a 00000g ring, and admittedly there are times I back down to a 000g to lessen the load on the head of my penis.

Everybody does it differently. My piercer said wash in the shower normally, only use antibacterial soap occasionally. The twice daily salt soaks are the key to a quick healing, plus it gives you an great excuse to be naked with your dick in warm water...Don't go swimming in a public pool for a few weeks to avoid infection.Enjoy! It is a wonderful toy!
