9 mm rings

at the time I have a 8 mm thick p.a. I want to let it grow till 10 mm. But the difference is too big now. I can not find any 9 mm rings. I want to have one to let the hole grow little by little. Does anybody know where I can find these 9 mm rings?

use a taper to slowly increase the size up to 10

So a 9mm is the equivalent of a 00 gauge? As per the table I have 9.5mm is 00 Gauge, so I'm guessing a 10mm would be a little bit bigger than a 00g. Wow, I'm not even close to that, and I'm happy with my 8g (3.2mm) ring. Also I've noticed that for sex this size has been the less problematic (not for me though), which makes me happy not to take take it off when I have sex.
