Monday was the first warm day to do some Freehiking. Living in the Oregon NW, this was a welcome break from the chill and rain. On my way to Mt. Hood, I came across a gated logging road that had some clear cut sections in the distance. My heart started to pump with the thought of finally breaking the Seasonal Effective Disorder we all get during the rainy months and getting some sun on my skin. After parking off to the side of the gate, I opened my hatchback, stripped, took my lunch cooler and walked back and through the gate. OMG, my body just drank in the sun. It sure felt good to be en-robed in nature again. Unfortunatly, I only took one picture while back there. Not the best quality...more to come in the months ahead.
