I was there last week and saw no indication that anything had changed at lot 12. I got lucky and got a parking space at 13 as somebody was pulling out. But saw several people walking from 12. And there's no signage at 12 like there is at 13.
I have no clue why they don't open 12 to nudists. Especially since beach 13 always seems to have a crowd even on weekdays, and all the other beaches are practically empty.
