RE: Petition 2014

seems we have a lost cause as 157 signatures is not even going to cause a ripple. Thanks Bill for getting the momentum going. I know Paul has also tried via AN .
do you know anyone in FBA because it seems that they have not given any support and i wonder at times why they even exist as a body.
anyway lets hope for a tsunami in the next few days to swell the numberslooks like it will have to be Belongil for longer

RE: Petition 2014

Have just sent the following to FBA as I feel the Association would be the best to ask the candidates for their views as this might well be the bed time to see if we can get support from that area.
Might help if others could also do something along the same lines. Does anyone have contacts they feel could bed present the views of the petitioners and naturists generally
My email to fba:
Hi was just wondering if the association might have any plans to use this election campaign period to ask the local candidates as to whether they would support the petition which now has roughly 550 signatures.
Cheers

Where have the Queensland naturists gone?

There I a formal petition to be placed before the Queensland parliament early next year. It can only be signed by Queensland residents.
Have you signed it.
This is the time when naturists need to support the principle and set aside their own politics. For me the likes of abay is really not an issue of itself as it would just line the pockets of my dermatologist. Rather this is about the principle of freedom of expression in what should be a liberal society. Far more oppressive societies than Australia have a far more liberal clothing optimal culture. How can it be that supposedly genuine naturists have not yet thrown their support behind this petition. Stop thinking about wiifm (what's in it for me) and show clearly the size of the naturist culture in Queensland
