I went there a few years ago after hearing about it. Was told it was best at high tide when it was more difficult to get past the tree roots section. No other nudes there when I was (just after a high tide) but lots of dog walkers. I eventually walked a long way up towards surf side to get away from the dog walkers, but I wouldnt bother going back there again.
