why do men have nipples?

It's very simple, we are mammals so they are part of the package, the same way we all have belly buttons. As we developed in the womb specialization takes place and women developed an inny and men an outie, the vagina grows together to make a penis with the clit enclosed. All humans start life as females so of course, we have nipples. I know a gross simplification of biology.

Men and women are the same species. We are human beings. We are only different in our sexes. Men have a penis and women a vagina. Apart from that we have the same body parts even if they have no function. I would be amazed if men would have no nipples.
