Mine will cover the head but for the most part it is pulled back. I always thought that was the way it was supposed to be. In the summer wearing shorts it stays back. It looks good when the head shows against the cloth of shorts. With the head being big it sure shows up.

before my circumcision, I also deliberately kept my forskin retracted 90% of the time. The 10% unretracted was only because it happened while I was sleeping or in a situation when I couldn't fix it. Once I figured out how to tuck it better, it was 100% fully nude head. It just felt right that way.
