River Island late DEC to JAN

I'm really keen to get to RI sometime over the next few weeks (late Dec to Jan) I have from the 28th to the 2nd off work but would be keen to head up for a long weekend if I can plan it in advance (maybe Australia Day weekend). Anyway was just wondering if anyone from on here was planning to go and if so maybe we could time trips and catch up while there. Am fine to go by myself but thought it would be nice to either go with others or at least meet up with some people while I'm there. Hope everyone's had a great christmas and look forward to any suggestions.Glenn

OK so it's planned and locked in! AM going to RI from the 1st Jan to the 3rd for a quick break. If anyone's around or planning to go then drop me a line and we can catch up while we're there!! Sounds like it should be a good week!!

I won't be able to make it then, but I did get to RI from Melbourne on route to Sydney for a day in March. It's a great place and I'm sure you'll thoroughly enjoy it. Wonderful just to wander around and explore naked.
...just be careful with the drive down to RI the last km or so is steep and rough.
