Return to DiscussionsThe Omak Sucide Race is held every year at stamped time in August. It has been ran by the Indians for hundred of years. The way the race is done now is they start at the top of a hil and race down at a full gallup with the rider almost laying flat on the horses back. Then they ford the river and up into the rodeo gournds. A person that wants to see pictures can type in Omak Sucide Race for pictures to look at. The race is held in Omak, Washington near the Candian border.
