We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the west Phoenix suburb of Goodyear (161st Ave) and would like to rent out the third bedroom when it comes vacant in January 2026. It can be furnished or unfurnished and it is right next to the hallway bathroom which would be yours. You would have full use of the home, to include the BBQ & hot tub in the back yard. The house is clean, nicely furnished, and landscaped so no grass to mow.
We are two nudist men, seniors, age 77 & 62, non-smokers and we share the master bedroom & bath. I am a disabled veteran, and I do use a wheelchair part time, so the home is wheelchair accessible. We do have a medium sized dog, he is people friendly once he gets to know you but is not friendly to cats or other dogs. We would prefer to meet and have you over to visit during the next 3 months so that we can get to know you and you can feel comfortable with our home.
