The house is in north Phoenix at an amazing location near shopping, restaurants, and its near the 101 and I-17 for easy commuting. There is a private pool, Arizona room, beautiful gardens, a fish pond, and a 2 car garage available for split parking. Its a great house to be a nudist, very private yard with a tall wall and no 2 story houses around. Im living alone now, and Im being very selective of who I will rent to due to past bad renting experiences. Im asking $850/mo with Wi-Fi included. APS electric and water/sewer will be split evenly between us. Id prefer a male roommate, age doesnt matter and neither does your orientation as long as youre cool with living with a gay nudist.
