I am renting out spare room and prefer down to earth male house mate. On trolly line, 20 min fom downtown. 15min from university city. I am 60. New house.

Too bad my job is in Nassau County on Long Island. Otherwise your situation sounds ideal..... can you specify where in Philly I could locate you on a map? Up for having nude visits after Covid ??? I live in Queens.
