New here. I am a senior who has a dual need with regards to a roommate.

I don't wear cloths unless I have to. Always been that way all of my life.

I have arthritis in knees and find it very difficult to do many basic things so I can use some extra help around the house. I am willing to negotiate very affordable rent perhaps even free to someone who can be both company and helper.

I have available a nice bedroom and bath available plus use of separate private living room/den area.

Private country living. Privacy fence so outdoor nudity is no problem including many wooded acres to roam if you desire.

Internet, Dish TV. laundry etc. Off road parking behind electric gate. No neighbors so it's quiet.

Last female roommate moved to Texas a year ago will provide reference if needed.

Only 25 miles to UF/Gainsville if your student.
