Roommate/Share/Sublet: As someone who prefers a relaxed clothing optional home life, social life, vacation life, my previous roommate was like minded. The room is available now through April 30th. I live in Brooklyn, in Ft.Greene , 10 minute subway ride to Financial District/Downtown Manhattan. 2000 sqft Duplex apartment, in a Brownstone, just off the Park on a historic block and only 4 blocks from Barclays Center and Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). Duplex apartment fully furnished throughout w/private bkyd, and in home laundry room (not a closet), stocked kitchen (plates/flatware/glassware), and All Clad cookware too!). Two (2) bdrm and 1 big bathroom (huge! -6 ft long tub, deep tub & high showerhead!). Both bedrooms are 22 x 25 w/12ft. ceilings and shuttered windows, w/king bed, desk/chair/lamp, armoire, dresser and non-working carved faux fireplace. Shared large den, huge bathroom, and kitchen w/massive island, plus beautiful bkyd has supersized hooded grill. You are welcome to entertain if you like but this is not a "party" house. There is much space to spread out with two floors. It is available now through April 30th, $1500 a month and one month security, included heat, gas, water. Shared/split costs are Spectrum internet/wifi/cable, Electric (Con Ed), cleaning lady (every two wks $50 each). Great location and nearly all subway lines (Atlantic Terminal), all within 1-4 blocks, including Long Island Railroad. There is a Wholefoods, Starbucks, Target, and an Apple store next to Atlantic Terminal. A must see and a real steal for civilized living.
