Presently I have a room available NOW in my house. Can be gay, straight, or bi, it doesnt matter to us. I have another housemate who is a gamer and works in the area. We are a clothing optional household with less clothing during warmer months. The room comes with a twin bed , bedding, nightstand and closet. Room (12 x 12) has vinyl flooring with a window facing East for morning sun. My backyard is available for use if you like to gardening like myself or just relaxing in the sun. House is located in a nice and quiet area. Safe parking and you can walk to all the various shops and eateries in town. All utilities are included in rent price of $725.00/month to month lease with a deposit of $250. Laundry facilities are located in garage. Easy access to Hwy 4 to either San Francisco, BART, Sacramento, Stockton, Wine Country or other parts of California. Also, easy access to all of Northern California Nudist Destinations, beaches, hiking, camping and my favorite Hot Springs!
