Return to DiscussionsI have 2 private bedrooms coming available May 1st. Prefer males but open. Will also include first renter in decision on second room renter. These 2 rooms share a bathroom. I am in a 3rd bedroom with a my own bathroom. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. 3 story, parking. Wifi, movie channels, bbq, 20 minute walk to beach, 1 block from metro expo line. 24-45 preferred age range. $1050 all bills paid. No pets. Very comfortable, laid back, respectful, smart, fun environment.
