House includes 2 bedrooms; 1 bathroom (with shower in bathtub); open living/kitchen area; separate dining room, (shared) laundry facility; screened in porch; patio and (shared) backyard and carport. Cost of utilities is shared between tenant and owner. 1-year lease desired. Available in September, 2018.
