rent in Auburn NY, minutes from downtown and Cayuga Community College. Also
less than an hours drive from Syracuse U., Le Moyne College, and Wells
College.

Furnished room with a full
bed, dresser and desk and has its own closet. Utilities, access to house phone,
and FiOS internet included in the $550 per month rent. There is off-street parking
for one vehicle, and 2 bus stops within a short walking distance. Roommate will
have access to the common areas of the home, living room with cable TV, bathroom,
and kitchen privileges. Some basement storage is also available. Be advised 2 indoor
cats have the run of the apartment as well.

I am a home nudist, and am
located within an hours drive of Empire Haven in central New York. Ideally looking
for someone to stay at least six months, a non-smoker, and not too noisy.
