Hi, I am a Retired professional woman and would like to share my home with an individual or couple with an overall similar background. This is a 2 BR, 2 BA, free standing home on golf course property with beautiful natural surroundings. A very quiet area with numerous walking trails and abundant wild life, located in Surprise AZ. This would be on a month to month rental basis but I am seeking long term tenants.
The home is convenient to a wide variety of stores, shops, Churches and Spas. Many community activities are available along with Spring Training baseball, Professional football and hockey, and various sporting events, Concerts of many genres and Casinos. It is an easy drive to Shangri La Ranch Resort, an AANR affiliated nudist resort in New River AZ.
Renter(s) would have a private room and a private bath and full use of all house hold facilities including kitchen, dining and living rooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also an Arizona room and a large private, fenced in back yard suitable for nude sunbathing.
The home is fully furnished and very clean. No one on the premises or formally on the premises has ever tested positive for Covid 19. (The Arizona sun keeps us all healthy.) A Garage is also available and that must be negotiated as a separate issue. Rent is on a month to month basis and is in the $800 per month range for an individual renter. Obviously rent for a couple would be more. No Pets; Since I now have one pet in residence, I can't allow any more.

I am a bright, lively, fun loving lady and like being around the same type of people. Nudism will be permitted in the home but it is not required. Swingers and a swinging lifestyle will not be permitted.
P.S. If you like baseball, this home is close to spring training facilities for several clubs. The home field of the NFL Arizona Cardinals is just minutes away.
