I am a laid back professional into the outdoors. I have a living room, modern kitchen, washer & dryer and the house comes fully furnished. The house is very close to cool restaurants on H Street, NE.

Rent is $1,200.00. This is open to male or a female working professional/student new to the area or in between places.

If you have a car, it would be off-street parking. You must be a non-smoker and is a drug-free home. Although I love pets, sorry, I do not allow pets.
