I am in a complex just off Alpine, north of 4 Mile (NOT York Creek). Only 15 min.s from Downtown GR. You would get the smaller bdrm of a 2 bdrm apt. Rent includes all ultilities (including basic (not whizzbang, but functional) wifi). More details if you are interested.
