Mature, professional guy with a secure job, not desperate or depressed just feel it will be nice to share my home with a younger guy for a mutually beneficial companionship at 0 rent, just help with cleaning/minor errands and care for my two dogs. You will have own room, time for your own friends, to study and/or work. No strings attached for long term.
