Seeking Roommate for Apt in East Atlanta

I am a 32 year old hospitality professional looking for a roommate for my 2/1 in East Atlanta. ideally looking for a non-smoker in their 20s-40s. Rent is $647.50 pp/month (including water) plus other utilities and cable/internet. Washer/Dryer in unit, parking space included. I have no pets, and Im not particularly looking to add one to the apartment now, but Im open to discussing it if you have one.
