Two (2) bdrm and 1 big bathroom (huge! -6 ft long tub, deep tub & high showerhead!). Both bedrooms are 22 x 25 w/12ft. ceilings and shuttered windows, w/king bed, desk/chair/lamp, armoire, dresser and non-working carved faux fireplace. Shared large den, huge bathroom, and kitchen w/massive island, plus beautiful bkyd has supersized hooded grill. You are welcome to garden/plant if you like. There is much space to spread out with two floors. It is available now through April 30th, $1500 a month and one month security, included heat, gas, water. Shared/split costs are Spectrum internet/wifi/cable, Electric (Con Ed), cleaning lady (every two wks $50 each). Great location and nearly all subway lines (Atlantic Terminal), all within 1-4 blocks, including Long Island Railroad. There is a Wholefoods, Starbucks, Target, and an Apple store next to Atlantic Terminal. A must see and a real steal for civilized living.
