Return to DiscussionsStill looking for a roommate in Tampa Bay. Just a bed & use of the kitchen (washer/dryer would be nice but not necessary... I guess...).
I'm still looking because so many leads I've followed turned out to be profiteers cashing in on the spike in rent in the area rather than people who would like help with the rent or mortgage. I don't want to be a tenant or a client. I'd rather be a roommate... cooperative, a partnership of domestic chores & the like. Also, many leads tried to advertise all the amenities, pool, garage, etc, to justify the price. While nice, they are luxuries. I'll sleep on hardwood floors if the price it right.
