Lovely neighborhood with big park 1/2 block away. Rent $1000 plus $200 deposit rent includes ALL utilities and food/household supplies. Room is fully furnished. Bath is semi-private. 2 baths in house. House is 2160 Sq ft. Large yard with private deck.
