Im 60, responsible, tidy, neat and courteous. Age is unemprtant as long as the above qualities are respected. Orientation also doesnt matter, however, I dont follow a very active, open sex life, and freedom of sexual expression is very important if not mandatory.
Also, open to a certain level of relationship/friendship development without being mandatory.
