Looking to rent out one my extra bedrooms out in Homosassa, Florida. Homosassa is a nice area, been here since 2015. It is located about one hour north of Tampa and about two hours west of Orlando on the the gulf coast.

Looking to rent one of two extra rooms here in my home by the week or month. Rent is $550 a week, or $1750 a month. What you get for your staying here, full internet access, full bath off the room, full kitchen access, you must provide your own food or help with purchasing food. Have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor eating area. And nice private area where you can tan or just chill outdoors in the nude. I prefer a non smoker, and social drinker is ok, and no drugs please. But if you smoke I would prefer that you do it outside.

I will do a background check before you move in after the interview at a cost of $50 upfront in the beginning. Room should be available for rent by June 1st, 2026. Weekly rent payment is do on the day of checking. Rent for month is the same, with first and last month rent out arrival. Weekly or monthly rent will be subject to availability.
