Just came across this group. Ive run nude a few times at kenfig nr porttalbot and llanmadic north gower...running on ones own is a little boring and of course lots difrent to running fully clothed in that you have to plan and arrange your run carefully.
im not a long distance or fast runner. I jog at a quuet pace and stop ocasionaly and restart when ready. If any one cares to join me please get in touch we run at the pace of the slowest in the group and stop when any one wants to. Its all for fun . Fresh air. And quiet excercise. The area and time of day and week i run is normaly free of textiles so we will probably not come across anyone. However this is not gauranteed and we must be prepared. As i have come across people in the past... withoit any problem i must say. People can be surprised but i havent had a problem. It would be good to have company. If any one else runs naked and knows if a place anywhere in S.Wales UK let me know il be happy to join in...or maybe just a walk..... regards..
