Answering this 9 year old(!) question in case anyone is still wondering.
From the Kinshaldy car park, make your way on to the beach. Walk south (towards St Andrews) for about 15 or 20 mins. When the dense forestry plantation to your right ends, then you have reached the area most commonly used by nudies.
