well there is the billion dollar question. chesapeake bay offers some options. boating out, shed thread, bottle up and jump. weeeeeeeeeee. i dove once no make that 2ce in Nassau bahama, during a job in the harbor right by the cruse ships, hung my suit on the ladder and worked all day in the buff. it was great fun. also did the same thing in the panama canal. good thing i have co workers who do not care.
