i'm curious does anyone know of any YMCA that are only open to men and where ?

I don't know of any YMCAs. There are a few fitness centers for men only, but most of them cater primarily to gay men. Some are clothing optional in the pool or even throughout the facility.

What are some of these men only fitness centers called? I love Spa World but it is 7 hours away.
