When I've put my photos through Photoshop I always save them as a JPG file (with file size about 500kb) in a Documents file. They easily upload to TN via the Select Files button, which opens the Documents files on my computer and then to the relevant folder and photo.
Once a photo is in your profile, or in the group album, it can be copied into a discussion string like this
