Wow if it wasn't for self timers I wouldn't have any pics at all. But I think it's pretty hard to male them look like you aren't posing for them. Not that that matters I guess. I find it tough to decide which ones to post tho.

same here,,only 10 seconds on my timer,,barely time to get any decent picsI find 10sec to be plenty of time to get in front of the camera and pose. I think hard about the position I'll be in first. And I usually take long shots and crop the resulting photo to get the composition I want.

I have just posted some, and some look posed, some a bit more natural. I've got a small tripod with a clamp that holds my phone, so I can set it up, adjust the view, and then trigger the delay and scamper into position.
