I keep my photo's in PaintShop Pro. When I go to post them, it asks for a URL and I can't find it. Help!!!

I have been unable to post photo's to the forum from my PaintShop Pro? It asks for a URL but I can,t find one in PaintShop. Help!!

I bought a Bluetooth remote for my IPhone..It will work on any phone or camera with Bluetooth. There is also an APP where you can just say a work, such as cheese, to take the shot. I don't have that App.The remote came with a spring loaded phone...
