" It's the year of the bush - time to rediscover all female body hair" or so the linked article claims.
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/jan/19/year-of-the-bush-female-body-hair-cameron-diaz-pubic
Some of the article covers the actress Cameron Diaz's views on pubic hair, it seems a while back she was helping a friend rid herself of it, now it appears she's into having a bush. It all seems a bit light on genuine facts to show female body hair is making a comeback.
Amongst my nudist friends, male and female, more are shaving, if not all body and limb hair, at least some of it, with very few having even trimmed pubic hairs, most of us are very bare there. Its very similar from what I've seen at nudist venues. As I don't see many textiles naked I can't comment on body hair trends in their world, I'd guess that nudists may have a higher proportion of smoothies so maybe trends in our world don't show up in the same way.
The article doesn't mention male body hair, maybe the writer doesn't realise many of us males shave and/or trim too, or certainly amongst male nudists.
I'm ignoring this supposed trend, nude and smooth is how I like it and think all nudists look better smooth, hope all you smoothies stay nude and smooth too.

I think she will have a long way to go! My nudist beach observations show virtually all females had absolutely no pubic hair in 2013. (compared to only two thirds of men being smooth there). When they have hair they have to trim the bikini line and probably their legs too. Much simpler to take it all off.

Old trends always try to make a come back, but that is one trend that needed to stay dead in the 60's and 70's.No hair for me! Stay smooth my friends.

Anyone remember Movember - supporting action against prostate cancer by sponsored moustache growing throughout November. Well, how about sponsored bush growing in support of a charity. The lady would have to prove she was smooth at the start of the month and fully bushed at the end. Of course there would be no problem amongst nudists. But it would make sponsorship from textiles rather novel.

For some reason this brought a broad smile to my face! LOL
I remember Movember, but Bushuary or Pubeuary doesn't work so well.

Just wrote a post about this on my blog. Why do I care what Cameron Diaz says about pubic hair. I mean are people sitting around waiting to see what she says about shaving to decide what they are going to do? She should do what works for her and others will do what works for them it seems like an paper tiger to me. Always personal preference IMO

A charity Fanuary perhaps! :)
There is always the fun of shaving everything back off again too! :)

Well, to each their own I guess, but I can guarantee NO bush here. Smooth and I plan to stay that way no matter what Hollywood " trend setters" may say otherwise . Long live the razor!

For me, it doesn't really matter if there's a trend or not. I shave because I enjoy the look and feel of being smooth, and thats all that really matters to me.
