When we moved into this house, it had a pool with a low chain link fence, so I could only swim nude after dark.
It didn't make sense to put something on to go to bed, so I slept nude on nights I went swimming.
Early in the second summer. I began sleeping nude every night.
I made a short halfhearted attempt to wear something in bed when fall arrived but decided to continue sleeping nude.
33 years later, I still do.
Being naked in school came first ... well, in the locker rooms after PE and sport. Showers were required. I thought that was so cool...being naked in school. We had a pool so I started skinny dipping and loved it. I was sleeping naked by 8th grade, and have ever since. In college and grad school I told roomies I slept naked. Discovered others who did too. No one ever objected.
I think sleeping naked came first for me. Tried it when I was younger and liked it then snuck out when night after my folks were in bed to swim in the pool. It was quick but enough to plant the seed.
I am naked probably less than 50% of the time but if we count sleeping nude the numbers go up a little lol.

Since you probably spend at least 25% of your life sleeping. the number would go up a lot. For example, if you were nude 40% of you waking time, if you include sleeping, 25% + 40% of 75% = 55% of total.
I suspect that if you worked from home, your percentage would be quite a bit higher.
I started sleeping nude when I was young; 12 years old. I was a lifeguard after my sophomore year in high school. I would try to swim naked when no one was there or right before we closed. It usually ended up with me swimming with my shorts around my ankles. hahaha. I also tried skinny dipping with some friends on a beach trip after my senior year of high school. It turned into more of a streaking moment since the water level never passed our knees. hahaha. Good times.
