Is Edun Lake still in operation? I know they went members only. What is their status? Is there any contact info out there?

Edun Lake,,, I did see a post about it being closed, which I believe that it true, but a few months ago, I saw another saying that the new owners changed the name to Moulder Acres. No other info has been available.
